Refund and Exchange Policy
Our returns policy offers you peace of mind when shopping online.
Items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 14 days from the invoice date, provided they are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In their original condition
- Returned with all tags and original packaging intact
- Free from stains, odors, animal hair, or any form of damage
Returns or exchanges that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted.
All returned items are subject to inspection by our Customer Care and Quality Control teams. Once approved, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Shipping Fees
- A delivery fee of 85 EGP applies to all orders.
- Upon delivery, customers may open and check their order before accepting it.
- If an order is declined after shipping, only the 85 EGP delivery fee will apply.
Once an order has been accepted and received, any return or exchange requires a separate shipping service for collection and re-delivery to our warehouse. Therefore, a standard 100 EGP return/exchange shipping fee applies to all approved returns and exchanges requested after delivery.
Exchanges are always the fastest option.
Perfume Return Policy
Perfume purchased alone:
Perfume cannot be examined upon delivery and is not eligible for exchange or return.
Perfume purchased with so small items:
Orders containing perfume cannot be examined upon delivery. The perfume is not eligible for exchange or return. All other eligible so small items remain covered by our standard 14-day exchange and return policy.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect perfume, please contact us immediately.
